I think that ghostbusters 3 will take place in the future,should we say 2026,Ray leaves new york and becomes a pet doctor.peter dies from a stroke.winston disappears of the face of the earth with no explanation.The sole surving ghostbuster is egon,now 71 years old,goes out and searches for a new group of ghostbusters.he finds 3,matt,cristine,and bruno.they train for 5 months and the new mayor gives them a new mission,DESTROY THE AMITYVILLE HOUSE!!,they go to the amityville house wich has stood for many years will get a taste of the ghostbuster's power.

well 2026 is the year gbng takes place in, althought the rgbs and egbs get blowen up in 1999 so tehre nto around to train the new gorup, and althought were not doing the house ur talking about but were gonna do one of stepen kings rose red, and might also do the outlook hotel. but bacck to ur idea, its not all bad, but egon beign 71 i dont think hed be in the right shape to train a new group

yeah im sorry, that is just way to unbelievable, first off the amityville house current owners seem content with the home and say no unusual occurances are or have happend, so there is no reason for the ghostbusters to get involved, and even if there was the mayor wouldent get envolved.

What bit of ‘Decent plot’ do you not understand? You can't have Ray becoming a Vet, it's not in his best interest. Winston vanishing from the face of the earth is silly, Peter dieing from a stroke is possible, but I'll be damned if I'll allow it. And Egon training new GBs at 71 is unrealistic, go back to that thing we call a drawing board and start again.

You need realitic plots, you simply can't dismiss Peter and Winston, and what is it with you about getting read of Peter and Winston anyway? And having the guys do things they'd never do?

:l( look, im just trying to come up with ideas for the third film.matt,cristine,and bruno are names i came up with cince there is no names for the new charaters.peter and winston dont need to be in the third film,thats why i wrote them out.im not saying that i dont like the films,i love the movies and tv series,im a big fan my self.
by the way i do have an nother idea on the way,it is called “the young ghostbusters chronicles pt.1”
it will talk about the childhood lives of the heros.ill write a post on it later if i have time.
