Just a little update really:

Remember I posted about recruiting writers for the strip? To be honest, I wasnt expecting much , I thought I'd be lucky to get anyone willing to write a story or two.

I was definately NOT expecting:

Ben King,
Fritz,
and acclaimed horror novelist Sonny Fernandez,

to all willingly put their pens to paper (or fingers to keyboards) for the strip!

2007 will be a very very good year for GB apocalypse!

Just goes to show how strange a beast this franchise is, as soon as you think you know it's ins and outs it does something that really surprises you. I'm looking forward to working on GB: Apocalypse.

Bookmarked. Very original and interesting. Kind of weird the drawing style is rough but when you show the ghosts, they are more smooth, but hey it is all good.

The drawing style was in a state of constant flux back when these strips where being drawn, as I was experimenting with mediums. But it will level out in a few strips.

The possible reason for the ghosts being smoother then the rest of the strip is the fact that I draw the ghosts seperatley from the strip and add them in later so I can do all kinds of ghostly effects on them.

Ok, cool. No gripe or anything.

For those that have been following the Down Among The Dead Men story arc, can you spot the glaring continuity error in the latest strip?

Not sure if it's the continuity thing you're talking about, but boy is he holding that thing in his hand really awkwardly.

i'm sure you're talking about “…and don't try to pretend you caught them off a toilet seat!” - it seems out of place (i almost thought i'd missed something! almost!)

am i right?

Nope. Sorry. Jokes about venereal disease dont count as continuity errors i'm afraid

Yeah, looking back on it, it just looks awkward. It's perfectly possible for J.C to hold it like that, but it just looks funny. But alas, that is not it.

C'mon people, look closer!
