The new female ghostbusters looks liek she has a mohawk!

The covers inspired me to create a sort of “alternate logo” series of my own. I'm posting them over in Fan Projects, since they qualify, but wanted to mention them here.

On his blog, IDW Editor-in-Chief Chris Ryall has given a date of “August” as the new comic's release. This should make a nice “Summer of Ghostbusters” for us.

LOVING that cover art. I wonder if it will be a variant, since we saw the supposed covers with each of the four guys where you couldn't completely see their faces. Very interesting nonetheless… though I'm not sure I'm a huge fan of the “Father of Gozer” storyline idea… definitely keeping an open mind though, based on the art.

It would be cool to get a look at the Gozerian Pantheon. I am definately keeping an open mind about that one

Eh…it give me a little bit of a sinking feeling. It seems to be way too common lately to have almost every enemy somehow related to Gozer–grife in a pony, the video game even connected Vigo to Gozer, and the movie not doing so was one of the things I thought it did right.

Still…it's gotta be less stupid that Goza and Horg from the Marvel UK stuff, right?
