Hopefully with the success in sales of the game this may give you a greater budget for any sequal.

Well that depends. Is your NDA in place for all past and future projects or only present and future projects? It's ok if you can't say. I'm just concerned that with the way the movie is still twisting in the wind and the lack of DLC out for the game thus far and with no announcements from your studio that maybe what started as a great new thing may already be over.

I hear that Terminal Reality are working on a game based on using the new Natal Xbox controller device, could this be a new Ghostbusters game…?

If so will they also be utilising the new PS3 controller for a similar game on both consoles…?

All i've found is indeed the Natal project. But it dangerously limits everything strictly to the XBOX 360. That would make me a very sad panda.
