Ah, don't ye worry! In the possible event I get brought down, I'll go down alone! Either way it's win. Either the film will hit a wide audience or I become the first fan film maker to get sued by a major production company! It's win-freakin' win!

That isn't the hotel lobby. Everying shot in the film was done in the Empire State!

The worst that could happen is that you get a cease and desist, and even that is unlikely.


The only way they would sue you is if you made money on the film. However, if you made the film in cooperation with another institution (say a film school), they might go after the school or the state.

November 9th, the Blitzkrieg begins. This experimental marketing stragety will be the biggest marketing manuever ever done by a fan film and then some and it begins with the release of the final trailer! Next Thrusday, November 9th (my Birthday by the way) will begin the movement!
