www.platinumcinema.com is up, but not much. On the dvd cover, is the movie 100 minutes or just 75 minutes? Plus how can this be done without being sued? I want it to go, don't get me wrong, just wondering.

Ghostbusters is trademarked and using it without permission is infringement. Also profiting off somebody else's trademark is illegal to. I DO want this to go, please don't take it the wrong way, but I have seen MANY fan made games get killed at the last minute on the net.

They're not getting any profit. I'm pretty sure they're smart enough to not try that.

Although the guy did mention a huge marketing strategy he has to get his fanfilm known everywhere.

No profit? Ok that makes sense. I have emailed this to buddies at work here and they are interested. I just would like to know more detail on it, length, etc. Is that packaging final? My buddy and I want to do a zombie movie. Guys that did Undead did that in Australia and it was awesome.

There should be some more info if you search through the other pages, on page 9 it says its going to be 95 minutes. I don't know too much more than that.

I can't wait. I want to see a trailer I can download. The Return trailer is awesome, but I have a feeling Generation is bigger. Don't know.

Well, Daftkid909 mentioned once the movie would be approx 95 min without the credits so I took 5 min more, so this movie could be approx 100 min or less or more.

This movie is a GB fan movie, so, everyone knows you can't sell this.
Still, even if this movie is a huge success over the internet, it still could be removed at the request of copyright owner Sony Pictures Entertainment because its content was used without permission, like they did with the GB game videos of Zootfly.

You mentioned “without Sony's permission”

Well if someone did try to get permission to do a GB movie, they'd obviously say no. So why bother ask, just make it. You think that could stand up in court :p

Well, I don't know there's one fan movie that had the permission of the studio to make one.
