On The Blues Brothers DVD bonus section it lists one of Dan Aykroyd’s previous film credits to my great surprise as Ghostbusters III made in 1998. :O

Thinking I have been living under a rock for the past 5 years, I had to find out if this was true. Which leads me to Ghostbusters.net.

Can anyone shed any light on why an official big name movie DVD would list Ghostbusters III as being made in 1998?

Has it been made but not released?

This has been talked about before, and I think our conclusion was that it was thought to be in production, so the makers of the DVD put that in thinking they'd be smart…

there was a 99 featurette some people mistake for GB3
