I, Sherman Tully, as authorized by Ghostbusters Incorporated; welcome you to the Ghostbusters Inc thread here at Ghostbusters.net., soon to be a forum here. As GB Inc’s Chief Legal Advisor, I am here to head up the Corporation, and to help it expand.

Ghostbusters Inc, is the company founded by Drs. Stantz, Spengler, and Venkman in 1985. Currently we are expanding the company hiring new divisions. A Division is a team of Ghostbusters. Currently there are two divisions: Ghostbusters(Founded 1985) and Extreme Ghostbusters(founded 1997).

We here at GB Inc are interested in hiring PROFESSIONALS, and we shall take discretion before authorizing a division to use items copyrighted to GB Inc.

All Divisions must adhere to the following GB Inc standards and rules:

1) Division must consist of at least two members.
2) Division must produce a quality product.(GB Inc’s discretion, consisting of a vote of a board of regents)
3) Division must have a regularly updated website.
4) Division must be involved, at risk of being penalized and suspended.
5) Division must pay yearly licensing fee.(Division’s ghostbusting commission fees should more than compensate for the charges.)
6) GB Inc reserves the right to deny any Division for any violation of the said rules. We also reserve the right to have rules not stated here to prevent from copyright infringement.

Anyone who meets those Standards and Rules can become a Ghostbusters Incorporated Division. To officially join, please locate the sign up thread and post the following information:

Are cartoon franchises accepted?

That was the point (nudge nudge, wink wink)


We're “GBI” for the cartoon franchises….

My team won't let me sign up yet until we have another meeting

Well, talk to them and get things set up!

Sites will be made “official” by a “certification banner” (Like a webring link) that will be sent to all franchises accepted.


Note also, that we emphasize the “Cartoon franchise,” and wish to see all of them like that, however, we're fine with just one or 2 cartoon pics of your team. If you don't have an artist, we have at least 2 members willing to help you with artwork if need be.

I know of myself (I did Nightsquad) and Jen Spengler (a marvelous artist) that are willing to help out, and I'm sure there are others, as well. We are not above giving a little aid to fellow fans. Website maintenance, however, is up to you.

Upon acceptence of your division, GB Inc. will send you the following:

1) A letter of acceptance (That you may proudly display on your website)

2) A certificate of authenticity (This one must be displayed)

3) A Link to your website on the Ghostbusters Inc. website.

Soon to be implemented, will be liscencing registration, and awards will be given to GB Inc. employees for their service record.
