I think the Haunted Turkey story from Haunted Holidays was the most Ghostbusters comic I have ever read!

Too bad it was left unresolved like that.

Yeah, I know. Too bad IDW isn't doing, say, a monthly comic book where they might have an opportunity to resolve it, right?

(I haven't read that story, so I'll have to take your word on it. I'd like to, but since I have all of the other stories collected in that paperback already, I'd basically be paying $17 for one ten page story. Too rich for my blood, even with Ghostbusters.)

IDW has released a new teaser for Ghostbusters: Monthly, revealing the creative team for the series, and sporting a brand new design for Janine:



And I have to say, I really like the new design.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say they don't like Dan's art…

Continuing the tease and promotion for Ghostbusters: Monthly (which, if you haven't yet gotten on your pull list from your comic guy, get it done now!), IDW have released a preview of the cover design for Ghostbusters: Monthly #1, and it's chock-full of neat little references, just what we've come to expect from Dapper Dan!



Some of the finer points of the cover design:
*Keen eyes will instantly recognise the design as a homage to the original Real Ghostbusters promo artwork.
*This will probably be the first comic since The Real Ghostbusters Starring in Ghostbusters II to directly acknowledge Ghostbusters II, featuring Dan's take on the Ecto-1A.
*Winston's Proton Pistol from Infestation has also returned.
