Now I know that the 3 Ghostbusters in the game are all new guys made just for this game (named Pee-tah, Raymondo, and Egonah), but why do the Japanese always cut out Winston (the Black Ghostbuster) from any game they make (look at the old Nintendo & Sega games)?

Cool to finally see Scoleri bros in a video game. Not so cool to see Winston get left out again.
The game itself looks great, I hope it becomes available on PC or some game console outside Japan. Anyone else noticed Peter is wearing a RGB jumpsuit?

I very much doubt it will become available on PC or a console. Pachinko is a kind of slot machine, pinball machine type game with a video game screen. Now if Pachinko machines are sold outside of Japan then you may be able to get a hold of it. Otherwise, you're out of luck!

Thanks for finding that, James, I knew it had been posted about… I just couldn't remember where.

That being said, as that was posted in the YouTube thread, it means that GhostbusterMan was okay to create a separate topic for it.

Is it just me, or do the uniforms looks like the old Data East RGB arcade uniforms - blue, yellow, and red?

If you're in North America:

Try stores like FIM (Fun In Motion), American Sales, video game/pinball wholesalers, or even Gamers Paradise if they still exist. Failing that, book a trip to Japan, go to a pachinko parlor in the dead of night, nick one, and return via steamer or cargo plane. Be sure to leave plenty of cash behind–this way, they can't say you stole it.

EDIT: It just occurred to me: does this mean we can claim a continuity triumph from Lost in Translation?

Winston is featured in nearly all of the Ghostbusters II based video games. I have played as him many times in the Gameboy version. I am guessing that he got left out of the Pachinko
game due to memory limitations.
