Hi all, im new here and just like to say that i have been reading through this baffling thread, I heve heard of this guy before and seen him on other forums, he is from uk and i have also been had by him but did get a refund through paypal……….. unlike others.

He has used quite a few names to aquire money and goods, M Else, R Vaughn and J harvey……….the list goes on……

I dont know anything about what has been resolved about this but from my delving deep into other threads i hear that he has had some sort of cum-upance!!! Which is good news!!!!

But the latter is that he is file-ing for Invasion Of Privacy to the Crown Prosecution Service in the uk because people have posted his private details on here and on other boards!!!! (not revealing which because as i said, very touchy subject)!!!

Now i hate to say this but Invasion Of Privacy is dealt with very highly in UK as i am a law student myself and could close these boards down (Hope Not!!!!!)…..

As i said, only joined here today and just like to say my part………(not to much tho!!! lol)

Get these Crims stopped i say!!!

The fact that you just quadruple posted seems awfully desperate.

And I'm sure that its not illegal to post someone's contact information in a business transaction. That doesn't fall under privacy. The guy posted a business offering and several people agreed to it. Now he is not returning e-mails, phone calls, or refund requests, and has not delivered on his end of the business transaction.

Trust me, posting his contact information is perfectly legal. You may be an ex-friend, but if that were the case, you wouldn't really be defending him so much would you?

I'd suggest staying out of this topic, since it seems to be a sore subject for you. People aren't going to believe any more excuses for this guy, no matter what anyone says has happened to him. The fact of the matter is, he's ripping people off, and they're entitled to receive their money back and have the right to his contact information to do so.

You're more than welcome to participate in other Ghostbusters discussions on the board, but don't make it seem like you're so unwelcome to join the community when you've only posted in here and posted some bogus information about how wrong it is that people should have this guy's contact information.
