Have you had have any response? I too have been in touch with Parcel Monkey and they have no records of any deliveries due to be made to my address?
It seems obvious you havent sent it as you have been unable to even provide a receipt? Parcel monkey being completely based online gives you access to all your deliveries sot it is clear you are just stalling.
Kindly send me the proof tonight or refund my money to the following details:

Yes, i have recieved a message from parcel monkey and i rang them, as i am very pissed off with them and told them that on the phone!!
They still have the parcel sat in a depot at Manchester!!!
They explained to me on the phone that they are having difficulties finding the post code, as this is what they work off mostly, so i asked what can i do, they helped me in no way whatsoever so they are refunding my money and sending me the parcel back so i will refund you if thats what you want, i dont appreciate being accused of STALLING as you put it so i will go into my bank on monday and make a full refund to your account, i cannot do it before as no banks are open on saturday down here so it will be monday and i am away on a caravan show in the morning, hope this is all ok and enough for you.

Yes matthew please refund me. I would like to know which contact number you use for parcel monkey as they are completley an an online service and dotnt have a contact number (that's apparently why they deliver so cheap) I would appreciate it if you could refund me and the other people that have bought this same item as soon as possible. Update:
I didn't make it in to the police on Friday, I went in today, Saturday.
They took my piles of paper and examined them and said they'd get back to me, which they now have done. What they're advising me to do now is contact Trading Standards to advise them to contact their department that deal with that area, and possibly pursue a small claims court case as well.
Since we've entered into a civil contract, the police can't deal with it directly, but the Trading Standards people certainly can… since he's also admitted via email that the item has NOT been sent, that leaves him with liability to issue a refund, which has so far failed to materialise. Since we have details of a business, multiple names, phone numbers, addresses and so on, and since there have been multiple victims (with more being likely) they will probably be able to access the bank account on the details I was given to have a closer look at what's going in and out, to ascertain if anything untoward is going on that may merit not only consequences in this instance, but also others that may exist.
I'll be sending an email with lots of attachments in a few hours, and hopefully speak to them on the phone on Monday. The small court claim may also happen depending on the outcome of the conversation with TS.
