could anyone see in maybe like 10-15 years a ghostbusters remake? i think it might be cool, although i know some people will disagree.

I could see it happening, but I probably wouldn't like it. In Hollywood, remakes are almost 100% of the time inferior to their predecessors.
I mean, would it be the same without the guys?

A remake would be cool, but I doubt that it would be as good as the original.
I think that a re-release within the next few years would also be cool, especially considering I was only 1 when it came out first time around

I seem to remember a discussion like this on GB Central… A remake might be okay, but it probably wouldn't have the same magic. Both The Huanting and House on Haunted Hill have been remade, and the majority of people disliked it. Would we really want to ruin GB?

I'm a young actor and would be in my acting prime in 10 years! I'd love to be in a re-make of Ghostbusters! I think a remake would be could as long as Dan and Bill had something to do with it and that it stuck as close as possible to the original movie. Also it couldn't have a changed and crap ending like say the Planet of the Apes remake. But if your a director out there talent spotting for a GB remake SPOT ME!

They didn't remake Gone with the Wind or Casablanca…our classic should be left alone too.
