I watched this yesterday on Proton Charging and found it extremely funny.
The Egon & Winston looking characters cracked me up the most.

I really wasn't a fan of this.

I'm not a fan of stupid humor though, where the characters from something are turned into morons for comedic effect.

The guys all stupidly saying “cuz bustin makes me feel goooooooood” is just lame in my opinion.

The only part I really laughed at was the “Remember for all your paranormal elimination needs”… “F*ck you”… “Fair enough”.

The rest of it I found to be extremely unfunny, even though its supposed to be a parody of Ghostbusters rather than a tribute. I just don't find that kind of stuff funny.

It's similar to a sketch that was done on Family Guy where Peter busts in on Demi Moore & Patrick Swayze in the famous scene from Ghost and traps him, so if your not in to that sort of humour you will probably not like it.

Eh, I don't think its that similar. The general plotline is similar, and I found the Family Guy thing funny, because it was a take on the fact that there's a ghost around and Demi Moore is keeping him around as opposed to calling Ghostbusters. But at least in that sense, it wasn't supposed to be the actual characters from the movie dumbed down. It was Peter Griffin, who is an idiot, being an idiot, and busting the ghost that he shouldn't have.

I honestly think I would like it more if these weren't supposed to be the characters from the movies, because even though its a parody, I just don't enjoy seeing the characters dumbed down so much to the point where they act like complete and total idiots.

The title shouldn't read “and they're jerks” it should read “and they're utter morons”. I know you copied it over from Proton Charging, but I find them to just be stupid rather than intentionally being jerks throughout the video.

It's funnier if it's not supposed to be the original Ghostbusters, but rather some fly-by-night franchise group.
