I would have to agree….Ghostbusters should be a prestiege class compared to other classes.

Potential classes should be….

Scientist - Core class
Secratary - Core Class
Physics phd - Prestiege class
Occult phd - Prestiege class
Parapsychology phd - Prestiege class
Ghostbuster - prestiege class

and so on and so forth

Hello. The problem that I have having with the RPG is not only the fact that it is in D6 and not D20, plus the mission are a little on the kiddish side and the attributes that describe the characters are a little less than descriptive. I want to be able to play this with the same feeling and compasion that I do with D&D and Robotech.

So what I propose is that we do a total overhaul of the entire system. Lay it out in a similar way to D&D and Robotech. Change Brians into Intelligence, and so on. Have experience points and allow people to multi-class into different categories.

Ghostbusters RPG has a lot of promise, we just need to give it that added boost. Plus, I have all of the original GBRPG material and a few extra books that I got off of Ebay, so we have the resources if we need them.

Don't get me wrong, I use the D20 system and enjoy it, but I wouldn't run a game of GB with it.
I agree with zach, I don't think you can really “convert” a system as simple as GB to D20, just start from scratch and use the D20 rules to rebuild it.

I don't think people are getting this…GBD20 is not going to be a conversion of the original.

It is a stand alone game that uses the complete D20 rules. Subjects like rules about busting ghosts will be added to the existing D20 rules to make it a “Ghostbusters” game.

I personally connot wait until the D20 GB stuff come sout, god's speed Vince! Also, GBI is the BEST game fro starters, and complicating a system most people do not get is NOT a good idea. Enough Said.
