i finally beat the yellow guy after countless tries. i know this is just a 10 game but would've better off not being associated with ghostbusters.

I like it a lot. It's like Magicka put on a Ghostbusters hat. It's crazy fun with friends. We all just run around laughing at the stuff that's going on on screen. Haven't even tried the single player yet.

Agreed, even in a 42" LCD screen you have to put so much attention to catch the whole dialogs.

I would have liked the ability to either A) Pause the comic book cut scenes so I can actually try and read the dialogue, or B) the ability to resize them so they can be easier read.

i was playing it last night online, on the second level in the graveyard, due to lag on of the players couldnt see anything or anyone, we where all down apart from her. I noticed the ghosts couldnt hurt her but she could hurt them. So i told her which gun to use and where to fire. beat the level that way.


on the first day i got it i checked the leaderboards and i was 88, went back the next day and it had moved to 367, played some more 261, then some more 272…. the then finished the last level on my own for the story teller achievement and before i turned it off checked the leader boards and i was 52, i dont get how they work.

i would go with B you cannot read a single word you shoud try B but i have demo experience i dont know if you can even resise them

After two days of waiting for a mps card, finally got it, and FREAKIN LOVE IT!! Busted into it today with my gf and two buddys, co-op rules!!!! And the avatar items are awesome to. Two thumbs up over here for single and multi-player:-)

I bought this on Wednesday, but thanks to some kind of error with my connection to live it took about 24 hours to download the thing. (And yet on my PC my connection was blazing at it's usual 16 - 18 Mbps, jeez!)

Anyway, sat down to play it. And, again due to the aforementioned error, I can only play singleplayer. The game itself is average, the gameplay is repetitive. You literally run around in a circle until on each stage. I've died more times than I care for on the sewer stage where the yellow slime thing just kills me and the AI just stands looking at it until they too die.

I've not had a problem with the comic text being too small, but I know that it's an issue to do with SD televisions. I've had the same issue with the Fifa games, the text is too small and unreadable on a SDTV, but you play on HD and it's perfectly readable. (This is just what I think the problem is though, I'm probably wrong!)

Overall, the game has it's flaws but is enjoyable as a quick pick up and play bit of Ghostbusters fun.

32" HD LED TV and I still find the test too small. But I have had various friends with smaller HD TV's tell me they don't have a problem…so I don't know what the issue is.

I have been busy working on Ghostbusters.org (just moved to domain to its final production server), I haven't had a chance to play the Xbox LIVE version of Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime.

Who's interested in playing some Sanctum of Slime later tonight? I keep hearing the Demo is much rougher than the actual game. For those of you who haven't tried it, I highly recommend the online co-op. Sure, the AI can be challenging (if not impossible) at times, but the online co-op and the great IDW treatment is really what makes the game (imho).
