Hey all you Ghostbusters fans…I have been all over the net trying to spread the word about this up coming screening of GHOSTBUSTERS!!!

On Saturday, December 5th, 2009, we will be presenting the 2nd annual “Hey You Guys” Charity event. This year's special event will be a Ghostbusters-themed charity auction to benefit Donors Choose, an organization dedicated to fulfilling the needs of California teachers and their under-funded classrooms and art programs.

The night will begin with an art gallery/auction followed by a screening of the classic 80's film, Ghostbusters. The event will be held at the Rialto Theater in South Pasadena. Admission will be free, but we will be accepting voluntary donations at the door. The artwork, contributed for auction by professionals in fine art, illustration, animation, and film, will honor films, such as Ghostbusters, that had a positive influence on their formative years!

I know coming in here all NEWBIE like isn't very polite, last year we did “Goonies” and we had a lot of fans of that film show up. So come show your love…there will be some cool original Ghostbusters art, and we may have a great replica of the ECTO 1 show up! Its going to be great to see it on the big screen again!
