Well, I´m from Europa and i have preordered the game from EEUU but…
I t´s a real good shit that before the launch of the game, it can be downloaded fo XBOX 360 on torrent websites, rapidshare and megaupload. I think distributors should be more careful with this shit, as there is people that pay a preorder for something.

It's not the distributors fault that the game is now webhosted.

It's the Consumer.

What's ironic, is I thought it would be PC owners ruining this launch. (I'd never post it up on the net, but if I could get it I would and still buy the retail copies at launch.))

Instead it's 360 owners ruining this launch. Every single torrent on those sites are for Xbox360. Its insane! And every copy downloaded is money lost to Atari/TR/And the guys. They get royalties off this stuff don't they? Is this not a great big F. Y. to them?

Piracy happens. Instead of going out of their way to spend money punishing those who already got away with it, they should simply concentrate on marketing and reaching people who are actually willing to spend money.

No one likes DRM…. no one likes pirates. Its at a stand still until some true comprimise is made. I say internet authentication like on Steam is a pretty good method.

Also… you shouldnt go to jail for stealing something that only costs 60 bucks. You wouldnt in real life, so there is no reason to on the internet. Its a misdemeanor and a fine, or it should be, except that these publishing companies have made their way over to try and crucify anyone who does steal a 60 dollar game as a way to scare off and deter others. Which both fails, and only serves injustice towards a minor offense.

Thats like saying, cut off a child's hand, because he stole a lollipop. The punishment should fit the crime…

Oh no the poor gaming industry is going to be ruined. Get real the gaming industry essentially rapes consumers all the time, madden is 60 bucks a pop each year and what for a roster update thats nuts.

I paid for the game but i have it right now because i can. So what if i downloaded it oooh im a criminal. All you people saying that ohh im gonna check gamestop and see if they will sell it to me early are commiting the same crime as downloading the game even though you purchased it. Its just as illegal to have the hard copy before release as it is to download it early and have bought it.

I think alot more of you if you knew how to do it would download the game as well for your xbox.

I can tell you honestly, if there was a pc version out there right now, id be on it like soy sauce on rice.

Buuut, there isnt… so i do have to wait. And i dont mind waiting.

For everyone that downloads and still pays, theres plenty more that don't pay. This jacks the price up for everyone else.
