Wow, what a waste of life that guy is…not even because he's spoiling the game or possibly acquiring it illegaly but because he's just absolutely RETARDED.

For everyone that downloads and still pays, theres plenty more that don't pay. This jacks the price up for everyone else.

Also… you shouldnt go to jail for stealing something that only costs 60 bucks. You wouldnt in real life
I don't know what the law is in TX, but in here in MI, petty theft (anything less than $400) is punishable by up to six months in prison, not to mention a fine ($500-$1000), so yeah, you would…in real life. Theft is theft, no matter how you look at it, and piracy is the worst kind, because it's so widespread, and almost impossible to trace.(*peter)

All you people saying that ohh im gonna check gamestop and see if they will sell it to me early are commiting the same crime as downloading the game even though you purchased it

Hmm, where do I begin pointing out those really aren't the same thing.

I think alot more of you if you knew how to do it would download the game as well for your xbox.

I wouldn't go making that assumption. I'm sure I could easily find out how to do it were I inclined to do so, I could theoretically have downloaded it by now and already be playing it… but I never would do that.

I know how to do it, it's not that hard.

That doesn't mean I'm going to resort to DLing of the internet.

Why? Because that usually doesn't work, people downloaded Assasins Creed early. Then went to the forums saying “Bug? My game has a load of random white squares all over the map, touching them makes you fall through the ground. Did developers put that in on purpose?”

Respectable peoples response: Don't pirate games of the internet, you risk getting bugs and then risk getting flamed forever afterwords.
