Hey Guys,

I don't think this is mentioned anywhere else, but if you've got legit copies of Valve games, you should know about Steam (content delivery system from Valve, lets you chat with friends in the community, buy games on special, plus merchandise etc.) they are doing a 5 day special starting yesterday, and today one of the specials is Ghostbusters on PC for $9.99 USD! No, this isn't a joke.

Picked up Dead Space on PC yesterday for $15! The bad part, is you don't get a case or manual, but eh, I'm not going to be selling these again. I'll just buy a pack of blank cases and print the covers out at work if I want to store it/back it up!

I have a question though, anyone out there who have bought this on PC know that is supports gamepads? I have an adaptor which lets me play games with the PS2 control pad, just want to make sure.

I have an adapter like that, too. I plan on using it to play the PC game with my PS2 controller using the PS3's button scheme. I know that the game supposedly supports the Xbox controller natively, but can't confirm that for sure. I haven't yet tested it with my PS2 controller via USB adapter, but if it doesn't work, I have a copy of the last freeware copy of Xpadder, which will allow me to map keyboard and mouse keys to the controller - and that oughta work. It works for the old Duke Nukem 3-D PC game, so it should work for GBVG.

Attached are the PC & PS3 button schemes. Here's Xpadder v5.3 with my settings file, and the config files for my PS2 controller and Duke Nukem layout:

When I have the time to play the PC game some more, and get the PS2 controller to work with it, I'll put up a detailed report with the related files for downloading on Spook Central. In the meantime, you'll have to use these button layout images and the program with my config files (which you can change as you need), and figure it out for yourself.

The PC version doesn't have multiplayer tho right? No wonder it's 9 bucks.

Not sure about any other pads but the Xbox360 pad is set up perfectly out of the box.You would swear you were playing the 360 version. If you have the horsepower this one looks better visually than the other versions.Sucks about multiplayer, this would've been the best version if they left it
