Its me Will the leader of the Central Maryland Ghostbusters. After some think
I have decided it would be best if we not join the Union due primarly to the fact that if we are a union then things may have to change and we are doing fine
under the supervision of the GB INC.

I really don't think we need to explain our selfs to anyone. When a franchise dose not want to join something they don't have to. We are all proud ghostbusters and we are all self-employed ghostbusters. We already have to look the GBI for stuff we don't need to be looking to a Union as well. I just don't like unions, never have. I don't know why i just don't so please leave it alone and post your arguments when you start a franchise or join one. Thank You.

A Union can take a hard working Ghostbuster and turn him into a whiney bitch who refuses to do certain things if it's not in his Contract. Union's make most workers lazy.
Have you even spoken to Mr.Tully about this Union? he's the Ghostbusters International representitive. If he doesn't want a union he has the right to cancel the charters of all the Franchises who join the union. I can safely say most of us enjoy our jobs and do not want to risk having our charters nixed because we join some union.

I don't support unions, and I agree with Bo.
