Who even said you were gonna strike!?!? You cant predict any of that, let alone worry about it! UNIONS ARE HERE TO HELP, its not like you're going to end up striking or losing your job the second you join. You act like you're going from a democracy to a dictatorship. Sheesh….

Unions might be here to help, but what the others are saying is that things are going just fine now, and we dont really need to help of a union in our own franchises, so why join a union if you dont like it and you dont need it??

I'm not even involved in a franchise, but I don't think I'd wind up joining the union if I was. So my opinion is that this “union” you're talking about isn't coming any time soon…

Im not currently in a franchise but Im workin on it with some associates. Anyways, Im I missing something completely secret here. Why would we make a Union for a fake Business?

Personally I think this UNION REP is trying to start something as great as LOUIS has done. Wants to feel big. My advice, stay away from this. It sounds strange. Plus I was blown away when I found out there was a Franchise rep. We need to leave it at that.
