It was taken from the end credits which played a no FX version… back when it was Slimer and the Real Ghostbusters
The only problem is that it uses the ‘ghost guitar’… but if you downloaded the preview file I uploaded some time ago, feel free to nick the intro from that, as it has the ‘cha cha cha cha’ bit at the right length (The bit that comes after the ghost guitar in your recording).
I missed that pic, but Misfit was on it… I had wondered if there had been a Zeddemore sprite in the original game.

yea-the transition from the opeing to the RGB theme is a little rough, maybe it could be covered or something.
but everything is looking, and sounding, amazing! I cant wait to see more and play the game!

Actually I think that was my 2nd version of the RGB theme. Kingpin has a more crispier cleaner version of the intro over at the gbhq.com cartoon theme thread. Heres the link:
