Displaced Aggression, Past, Present & Future and Tainted Love were all pretty good if you ask me.

Kansas: Looks like it, it might actually be missing in the original source photo Runge used for the design of the cover.

I'll agree about Past, Present & Future. I haven't yet had a chance to read Tainted Love, but Displaced Aggression was absolutely HORRIBLE. Definitely not something I'd ever want to read again.

Horrible? Compared to The Other Side?

both IDW mini series were pretty bad. the one-shots were OK but weren't large enough story-wise (a common problem with one-shots) to be satisfying.

Wow… talk about a brain fart.

I completely meant The Other Side. Displaced Aggression wasn't “HORRIBLE”, but The Other Side was. That's what I meant to say.

Sweet!

I've got total confidence in Peter David as a writer. Perhaps he'll be the first to actually put out a good Ghostbusters read from IDW. The previous ones have been rather poor.
Never heard of him. Has anyone read anything he's done?

He's had excellent runs on the Incredible Hulk, Captain Marvel and X-Factor … just to name a few.

He's also written several novels. I'm familiar with his work in Star Trek and have enjoyed every one.

There've been plenty of times where people have said that Dan Schoening should be involved with a new animated Ghostbusters series, such remarks have never been more true with the first two preview pages Chris Ryall posted on his blog (he's even said so himself!):

Dan, you f**king rock, man!
