I put in an order with a Dallas comic shop. Here's hoping they don't take too long to ship it.

The main online shops I have used are GrahamCrackers and MileHighComics, but I don't know if either of those ship internationally. Good luck.

Graham Crackers ships to Canada from Chicago. Fire off an e-mail to them. They have great customer service. Even added books to their website for me when I'm looking for particular issues.

OMG this comic is the best IDW has come out with yet…

the references that Dan has put in are fantastic (look for RGB Pete Venkman just for an example…)

That reminds me, wasn't this originally gonna be a RGB comic? Anyone know why that was changed?

Read the comic last night… couple notes:

- Absolutely love all the little references and nuances to RGB. Dan did a great job with those.
- As always, the artwork is fantastic. I love his movie-inspired cartoonish designs. Very good.
- Writing… in terms of the characters, I thought they were written very well. In terms of the overall story… I wasn't a huge fan. Samhain has always been the spirit of Halloween. Turning him into a magician, the likes of Houdini, who killed himself in a trap, and then goes on to “the other side”… not a fan. Also, adding antlers to his head, for seemingly no reason, was extremely weird. Like I said, I liked the writing for the individual characters, but I wasn't a fan of the overall story.
- Winston… I don't know if it was supposed to be an “in joke” that Winston was “on vacation” and barely existed in the comic, but I wasn't a huge fan of that part either.

Overall, a very solid comic, and I hope to see more from Dan and IDW.

That wasn't meant to be Samhain though, it was SAMUEL Hain, a magician with a coincidentally similar name. If anything the fact that he has a Pumpkin-head is an RGB nod. It's not meant to be the demon from RGB.

That wasn't very clear.

He was dressed and looked nearly identical to Samhain to me.

It appeared that they were trying to give Samhain a new backstory.

Just the magician Samuel Hain, and having him be a different ghost… definitely should've distanced the look of him then.
