I love how some people over at GBfans don't think this is a dick move. Pft, sorry, but this is, and it will result in many lost sales.

Yes. It is such a dick move for them to pick up and publish Ghostbusters in other countries after Atari dropped it.

Thats kind of out of context now. At the time the announcement had just been made and the details had yet to be fully known

Speak for yourself.:p I'm glad to see he hasn't given up using them yet.:-)

Never in a million years would I stop using them, they've just taken a bit of a break with the way the strips have been of late.

They will be making another appearance soon once I'm able to conclude the “Original Ghostbunglers” mini-plot.

A couple bits of trivia:
* That really is the crossing that the Ghostbusters dug up in the second film.
* A new bit of artwork depicting the “Van Horne” station name and stairs away from the station - the last time it appeared it was a modified photograph of defunct New York City Hall Subway Station.

Well, at the time it was posted, it was right between the news that Sony was delaying the non-Sony platforms, and the news that Atari was pulling out of Europe. At that specific point in time, it really did look like nothing more than a dick move.

Yeah, don't forget about the delay, it wouldn't be a dick move if they DIDN'T DELAY THE OTHER VERSIONS FOR 6 MONTHS for crying out loud.

Its like what Doc Fritz said, it was the way they did it, I just hope the rumors are true and Namco's taking over Atari's spot and publishing the game on time.

And that's enough of that. I'm not sure if AJ will stop by again but I will say that regardless of the fact that we now know this situation was partly brought on by Atari's financial trouble, it's still going to take some time for the people in the Pal regions to sooth their raw feelings over the current possibility that the non-Playstation versions could be as long as six months behind the rest if those two sites have correct info.

And that Fritz and James (even though he deleted it) was absolutely right, that this strip is about the response when the announcement was first made.

Ya, I deleted my response cause I didn't feel like getting into a arguing match with AJ at that moment in time.
