ghosts in san andreas?

I have not made anything for San Andreas so I can't really help but I'm sure you could find an easy to use tool for download to put your textures into a txd file.

Here's one, but I've not tried it yet. Looks similar to the txd workshop I have for Vice city. Shouldn't be hard to use, plus I'm sure it will come with some instructions.

When it comes to making stuff for GTA I find it's best to do as much as you can on your own. Mostly because finding people who can do what you want to have done is hard. Plus it gives you a better feeling when the mod is done and you think, “Wow I did this all on my own”.

i`ll give it a try! thx
o.k. i looked at the link and before i downloaded it, i could see that this doesnt solve my problem in “creating ” a txd file! u know the prcess where u have to define witch position of the bitmap is located where on the modell!
i know that i need unwrap uvm, making an template, …. all that stuf i havent figured out yet!
but thank u anyway!

In the program I use the process is called “UV Mapping”. Because you are using a different program than me I'm unable to explain anything. But since it's called UV Mapping in the program I use it could be called the same in the program you use too. Perhaps you could look up UV Mapping for the program.

i know uv mapping! thats the way i made slimer here in this thread!
bu this doesnt solve the problems with creating a txd! because i use the bitmap like a material!

I don't understand, what exactly do you mean by creating the txd? Like making the texture in a photo shop program?

Using the bitmap like a material is what you're suppose to do. After it's been applied to the parts of the model you want it on just export the model to San Andreas format. Then put the bitmap or bitmaps into a txd file using that program I showed you.

Yeah it's quite easy, I thought there would be more to it than that also.

It's looking really good but progress is going really slow now. It's as if the closer I get to finishing the more things happen to slow me down. Been 4 long days now since I even had a chance to get some work done on it.
