Ghosts or villans that may work in the movies from the cartoon

I was wondering what Ghosts or villains could work in your opinion? I was thinking copycat would work at they could have people to do double duty and play both themselves and a copycat. until they reveal the ghost. Another idea was making the cartoon episode RagnaRock and Roll and working it into a full movie

I think those are two pretty good choices… but I don't anticipate they would use anything from the cartoons in the new movie other than a small cameo possibly.

Well the story has to have a epic villain ghost, and hopefully they wont lean on the first two movies for return ghosts. As for the animated series, Harold basically doesn't even care about it, so forget any characters from the cartoon series.

For me, I'd say maybe Ragnarok and Roll or When Halloween Was Forever.

As much as I love RGB, I don't know if I'd like to see a lot of my favorite episodes be turned into a movie. I'd like for the movies to keep a certain level of reality like the first two did. Not saying RGB didn't have any of that, but it did tend to get a little out there sometimes. But, I think that worked for that universe. Could work in a movie too I guess if done right, but it makes me a little nervous.

What about Hitler, or the head of Hitlers Paranormal projects? He had his scientists study the realm of the paranormal long enough that they could have done something to disrupt the dimensional continuum in Berlin or something. Granted, Hellboy used that a long time ago. But, to bring back that kind of evil that we thought our armed forces vanquished, would be a truly frightening thought.

It's not that scary a notion, and as you yourself pointed out that it's similar to what was featured in Hellboy, shows that it wouldn't be all that original.

This is true, I mean, Hitlers been done to death… pun intended. But all you'd really need to do, is research on major atrocities or human suffering and you'd be able to find a decent starting place for developing the story. Hitler was just the first one I thought of.
