Don't know if this has been posted before, but I was watching a Ninja Turtle video from the 90s (a weird thing promoting some kind of train) and I laughed when I saw the very stupid (and anyyoing villian that ISN'T Shredder) holding a Giga Meter from Ghostbusters 2!

TMNT had a lot of bad stuff like this. I'm still a TMNT fan, and I couldn't even sit through this without going WTF or laughing like hell on how bad and campy the acting is. The only good thing about this is the same actors from the cartoon are doing the voices.

What was the difference between the PKE Meter & the Gigameter?

They look like they both do the exact same thing.
