Ah, my bad, I figured since you had used a spoiler tag that you had the game. The main cast is listed, pretty much as you listed them, and the rest are just listed as “additional voices.” Max von Sydow is listed in additional voices, but again it doesn't say specifically what character.

Like I said, originally I honestly thought it was Bill Murray doing a slightly different voice for him, so it would make sense that it would be his brother. Unfortunately I can't say for sure, but that's my honest guess.
