I realize that I'm coming in a bit late on this… but what are the chances of getting a refund on a 88mph Legion hardcover pre-order? I was trying to stick it out, and completely forgot that I had pre-ordered.

Apparently, no one has actually gotten the comic, and I think people are trying to file a law suite with 88MPH. I don't really know the whole story, but apparently people are really getting pissed,
