Has anybody canceled their orders for the GB hardcover?

I would have.

But it was through Paypal which doesn't refund after a certain amount of time (being 30 days or something) and it sure has been a certain amount of time.

:-) Well when and if the book DOES come out, it should be very easy to get, because by now, most of the people have cancelled their orders.

i got mine from graham crackers and they said they'd hold out on taking money until the order arrives…so i don't need to cancel! i just asked nicely and good things happened!

Yeah, I ordered through Graham Crackers as well.
I'm just surprised there has been no indication or range time of when we can expect this book out.

I had ordered through G.C on March 1, 2005. I had thought of cancelling, I was conflicted. I waited this long, at this point I'm willing to wait even longer.

Well, to drop the blanket words… it at the moment seems unlikely that you'll get your book if you've sent payment.

However there's been a small buzz of activity involving Sebastien… logging into the forum and a notice on the webpage… it might mean something but it's early days… relatively speaking.
