That's a drawing someone did (I think Soulwrangler maybe, I recall seeing it on Deviant Art), it's nothing official, and I guess someone put it on a t-shirt and are selling it. It's a cool design, but it's nothing official at all.

Anybody seen fixer lately. I remember hearing about that before and he wanted to get it stopped but didnt really have any way of doing it.

My main tip for anyone putting stuff on sites such as deviantart or elfwood.especially if its of such high quality. PUT YOUR NAME ON IT! put it somewhere where its not too intrusive on the picture but will prevent anyone stealing it. keep a copy of it without the watermark on it and just show off the marked work. Ok it spoils the picture a bit, but it prevents pussbuckets like this guy stealing your work. Im just sorry it had to happen to someone from the community and such a great artist..
