When I try to run gbd2.bat a DOS window opens and it says “This program cannot be run in DOS mode.” Anyone know how I can get it to work?

I have XP… it seems to be working for me, why wouldn't it work for Win '98?

i dunno i have win' 98, and itz fine when itz downloading it but when its finished it, that window starts 2 blink. is there away to not make it blink?
