having your own banner

To all of you out there,

As i was surfing the message board section, i noticed that some of you have your own cool banners like for example, kingpin's banner. need help. can anyone out there tell me on how to use selected pictures of my own to create my own banner?

The picture has to be 300x50 PX. If you want your own custom banner you would need a photo editing program (example: Photoshop). Then you can do whatever you want really. Photoshop is one of the best programs for that kind of thing, but it is very exspensive and is not something you buy and start working with(unless you know what you are doing with it). If you don't think you can make it, just ask, I'm sure someone can make you one. I would, but my week is about to get really busy, but if it's something not too hard just email me with what you want and I'll do my best.

Personally, I'd recommend Paint Shop Pro 7, I used that to make my banner. If you want, I could create it for you. Send me the details of what you might like written on it and what pictures you would like to appear on it.

I would like it if you could create a banner with the picture of the ecto 1 or the ecto 1A together with a picture of ray in his ghostbuster uniform.

I tried making a banner but it didn't work. Is there a certain version of adobe you need to make a banner?

I used paintbrush. i can't afford expensive stuff, and my pirated software dealer is out of town if you know what i mean smile
