How about a separate forum be created specifically for the voting, and each thread in the forum is for each Mod Group.

I hope that makes sense.

why dont you just use the VOTE FOR MODERATORS thread and tally up the votes that way?

First things first!

Lock the nominations topic, compile a list of all those who have been nominated and place them in another topic.

Give us a number of how many positions there are.

Then everybody chooses their top five mods and posts them. The XX number who get the most votes become mods. Simple.

Why not create a list of nominees and have people reply with the people they want for each postion ie:

General GB Mods:
Dr. Ridlle
Master Spider

Fanfic Mods:Sinister
Kingpin

Example Reply:
General GB: Ridlle.
Fanfic: Kingpin

SOme people are a little impatient. Just get all the names together, make sure they want to be mods, and set up a vote. Easy as crumb cake!

Chad: No offense to you man, but if you're going to post a notice about something important happening on a certain day, then it should happen on that day.
If you can't make the deadline, let people know beforehand, so that many of us aren't waiting paitiently behind our computers for nothing. C'mon, I'm sure you must have realized before Monday that you wouldn't be ready in time. I agree with most of what you do, but this is just common courtesy. I also understand that yes, you are quite busy, but at least pass on the message to TexGB or someone else to bring to the public.
