Many many years ago i was reading a fan fic on the old site that took place in Racoon City and I really enjoyed reading it and never saw the end.

I was wondering if anyone knew where to find it so i can see how it ends?

The only one I know of is “All Roads Lead to Raccoon City” by Vincent Belmont. Five parts are out. There are links at Vince's old GBN profile:

For what it's worth, back in the day I also wrote a story where the Real Ghostbusters travelled to Raccoon City. The finished story was never published here, but it was uploaded in it's entirety at fanfiction.net:
