Over the past month I have delt with a seller on ebay and he sold me an Extreme ghostbusters DVD set. 30 days later he mails me a package that has a blank sheet of paper in it! :-@ so the question arises Do these DVD's exist? You gotta let me know!

This is something that probably should go in the Marketplace Forum. Have you tried contacting the seller, and seeing if he left the DVD out by accident? If the seller hasn't replied to any of your attempts to contact him, then contact Ebay, and notify them of the problem. There are no official Extreme Ghostbusters DVD's. They are probably recorded off the TV onto a VHS tape, then re-recorded onto a DVD.

Thanks gbmasterman!

I had a feeling that there were no real dvds on the market but seeing them on ebay looked to good to pass up. I have contacted Ebay and they are looking into the problem.

I have seen a lot of these bootleg sets for sale on Ebay. Even the complete series of RGB for sale as well. I wouldn't trust buying them in the first place because you really don't know what your getting. Good luck!

There's only one RGB set going around (the 28-DVD set). I got it from user gambit94577 on eBay. Unfortunately he's not selling on eBay anymore as some buyers tried to rip him off of DVD sets.

I got both RGB and EGB sets from him and the quality is great. Too bad he's not able to sell anymore, because you could trust that guy. I know that other people that bought the same sets are selling them too on eBay but you don't know if those guys will rip you off instead.

you're lucky you caught it in time to deal with eBay protection, they have a 90 day cutoff. Paypal however is a 30 day cutoff so you won't get anything from them.

I was 1 of 50+ victims of the “eBay iPod Scam” as the Georgia police named it. Paypal didn't do anything, but said they would if they got numerous complaints (which they got). They still did nothing because it was past 30 days, and it ended up being past 90 days, so eBay would do nothing. Both parties were still allowing the guy to receive money and “sell” more product. He eventually got removed from eBay, and most of us got our money back directly from our credit card companies.

Good luck with yours, I hope it works out.

As far as I know, there's no offical RGB or EGB on casette tapes or dvd that I know of.

There are actually official casette tapes of RGB and EGB. As far as DVD goes, at least in terms of Region 1 DVD's, no dice…
