I have the PS2 version of Ghostbusters and I am stuck on the level were you go out on the Ecto-8 the Ghostbusters Boat to the underground rivers of slime wich I believe is at 50 or 51% so I'm half way through the game now

I know how to shoot slime on the big round things hangin on chains to lower the bridge's, I just cant get through the closed door close to the big black slime pump system that has the rotating disk with the funky glyphs on top of the pump system

I have the exact same problem. I've spent about two hours going back and forth through the level to find some sort of switch or item. No such luck. I've also had some problems with the game freezing. Anyone have any suggestions?
I've tried looking online for a strategy guide, but haven't found one for the wii/ps2 version. Has anyone beat this level?

One more thing:
The ancient symbols on the black slime pump turn purple with the ecto-goggles on. I've tried shooting every weapon I have at them (many, many times) without any luck. I've looked through my spirit guide and can't find anything helpful. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure how I did it, but I was running around and shooting the top part of the pump with my stasis stream (the straight purple one) and then a little 3 second clip played saying I needed to find more pumps. Hope that helps.

Yeh I finally got through part of that stage, you have to match the glyphs up on the rotating disks on all 3 rotating disk then it will open the door

Waite untill you get to the part were you have to use the proton stream to lift the bridges then they fall back down into the black slime

Its like you have to be fast and have it timed right to pull each disk on each chain in a certain sequence and you have to be quick about it too or youll be in the black slime and die and theyre are severel bridges in that one spot you have to do the same with

I havent got through that, I'm wondering if the purple stasis stream would help freeze the bridge in place as I go along through there
