“Stax” also read the draft that wasn't co-authored by Ramis… And Dan's treatements for GB screenplays without the aide of Ramis are terrible. More to come on that when the HQ opens up and I have a chance to vent in my new column.

I read the script too, and I think now I know why GB3 is not going to happen. It's not a bad script, but it's just not it. You'd have to make it into a suspence move with comic elements in it, and not go through the roof with the cost of the effects. Some new actors would be a good idea, but some strong link should still reamin. I'm convinced that it should continue with baby Oscar growing up (maybe with his father in London). That would explain the chaneg of some actors and give a chance for new people to get in the movie. Oscar would be a teenager by now and that's just the right age to be possesed or to case the poltergeist efect. I think the movie needs another scrip. No offence to Danny boy, but I'm affraid he's running out of good ideas. No matter what, I still hope GB3 is going to happen, one way or the other. Maybe we won't like it so much, because we grew op on the old team, but we should try to get some more new fans to the franchise. Remember that they are more familitar with the EGB than anything else.

Uhhh, ok, and before I accuse you of lying (which I'm sure I will end up doing anyway) how did you get to read the script?

Thanks for that little piece of info, Netsolo. I didn't know that Stax had an older draft of the script. I'm sure Ramis could help improve it.
