Chances are you ran into a site where people are making a fan film or something, cause theres no GB3.

There's a lot of articles about why the movie will not be made, that are always interesting to read. Just go to google.com and search for Ghostbusters 3. You'll find stuff like what was the movie going to be like, why the movie won't be made, and so on…
