How come my XboxLive achievements haven't updated?

I unlocked 2 more achievements yesterday and they haven't appeared in the XboxLive section. What gives?

it usually takes 24-48 hours to show up on the GBN XBox LIVE network

I was a little off.. As seen on Ghostbusters Fans:

Ghostbusters.net has a similar feature which also allows you to track which achievements a certain person has unlocked. The data is updated periodically, roughly once an hour.
