I think I remember reading somewhere that Slimer escapes from the containment unit and the GB's follow him to the Sedgewick. Anyone else remember reading this or am I going crazy?
I think it would be pretty funny if the rookie was hired the same way Winston was, just without a thought (Beautiful you're hired)

No…actually I got the idea from Resident Evil 5. I don't watch South Park, but a friend of mine said this when we played Co-op.

Personally I saw the game starting with the rook already hired with little or no exposition on the matter of him being hired other than references by egon and ray during in game comments

i think if someone is new to the frachise, he/she must get introduced as the new one to the audience/player!
it would be awfull seeing him/her allready established when starting to play!

I highly doubt we're going to hear the rookie actually talk…

The point is for him to remain as anonymous as possible.

I'd see it playing out somewhat like what Scott described.
