how do u think the new guy gets introduced to the ghostbusters?

Ya but imagine if you the rookie gets possessed by gozer and you then end up taking the control of one of the 4 original ghostbusters and have to fight off the rookie (Would be hard when he has the ghostbusters equipment)

Like I said, we're not going to hear the rookie talk… your scenario had him talking, so I think Scott's is closer to what we might hear.

I'm not a fan of the idea. I can see it working in a Real Ghostbusters episode, but for the game it doesn't make sense. I am supposed to be the rookie and I most certainly am human and not some Anti-Gozerian resistance fighter.

An even better possibility. Vigo has to take control of a human body to do any real damage so he takes control of the rookie then the control passes over to peter where maybe you can switch between each ghostbuster (Each one has something different that can help take vigo down)

I think if anything will happen this will because we know he can possess people when he did it to ray. The after you beat him the rookie becomes free and you take control again and help take down vigo.

Had a funny thought.

What if the Rookie does have some lines? After narrowly surviving taking-down the big villain, at the end, Venkman offers him a real nametag and a permanent, respected place on the team. Instead, the Rookie, shaken, just takes off his Proton Pack and says “I quit” and walks off.

An interesting take… I don't think that will happen though since you can't die throughout the game, you always get revived or start the level over (at least thats what I've been led to believe from the wording in interviews), so I doubt they have the ending of the game being the rookie committing suicide.

i think the rookie will leave at the end, and in the next GB game, we will be able to create ourselves lol weheyyyyyyy,
