The equipment in those pictures doesn't look much different from anyone else in the pictures to me… and also, we've seen plenty of pictures to suggest that we're not going to be the only one using the new equipment. The other guys will be getting equipment upgrades as well.

i agree, maybe in the early part the rookie tests out the new stuff, then once the action picks up, you see the others upgrade their packs accrding to what is needed to get the job done.
