how do you get past the third level?

i'm trying to figure out how to get past the first level that you use the Ecto 1 in. if someone could help me out it would be greatly appriciated. and no, the only cheat that works for me is the God mode cheat, for some stupid reason. thanks.

i'm confused on what you mean by the level is not finished. do you mean that there is more to the level, or the game goes up to that level at this point in time? Thanks

Err… Which level are you talking about now? First level? Third level? The Car Level (2nd level)?

i'm talkin about the third level. it's the first level that you use the Ecto-1 in.

Yeah i know what you mean. I've gotten to that level and there's like no way I can figure out to pass it.

You have to drive past the Sedgewick hotel and then drive into the nearby parking garage. When you go in, you should hear an explosion and you should have completed the level.

It's weird, I know, but apparently getting blown up at the end of the level was the only way Stephen (the developer of the game) figured he could get rid of the car (which he programmed as a weapon) for the next level.
