how do you put an image that was scanned then put in paint on the computer? can anybody help? thanks

If you're looking to upload on the web, try an image hosting service (there's quite a few out there).
If you want to post them in your messages, you can't. Chad disabled the HTML image tag. You can however link to it. If you want a picture in your signature, you can do so by editing your profile and uploading the image.

okay thanks………but how do you create a link? it's just i've been wanting to post some pics i drew, and i actuaally had a halloween one, so…..how do i make a link?

Since nobody's coming right out and offering you some cut and paste code…please remove the brackets and replace them with greater-than/less-than signs. They are the characters used to encompass HTML commands, and you will find that you cannot type them naked in a message here because of it. 
For an image that will open up in its own window, thereby not making the user click Back to return to the conversation:
