$100 dollars.. thats funny! I think you are asking the wrong group here..

Anyways, at the ASAP board someone is already offering fiberglass Packs, based off of a real one. For around $500..

no too much, It didn't cost me more than 100 to build my entire pack, and I bought everything except the pack frame. But, mabey I just lucked out. I'd really like to make one out of insulation foam. Light wieght and easily fixed. Thats my 2 cents worth
