I loved scanning everything in Metroid Prime, and I gaurantee I will be in this game for multiple reasons…one of them being the in game Tobin Spirit Guide can help me in the RP me and my girlfriend have :-)

Why do I have this feeling you two keep reenacting the scene with Ray and the Fort ghost in that dream sequence.

Oh well.

As for the PKE, I assume it is just a point and hold the cursor over the ghost. The PKE meter seems to react on it's own without the need of holding a button.

The simpler it is the better.

I don't see the need to “hold the RT to scan” when the PKE could probably do that itself. I don't want to seem like it is too necessary, but isn't it unnecessary?

No I wont ask, I dont need further mental scarring, I got plenty of crazy in this skull, dont need more really.

Well thats how Metroid Prime handled it, hold down a trigger to scan. but its not that hard to do really.

I personally think how the scan visor in metroid prime is perfect. But I am a huge Metroid fan as well so I would have liked it any way it was done

Metriod Prime doesn't play the same way as Ghostbusters though. Didn't say it was difficult, just said it was unnecessary. To think in the way how a PKE meter works, it goes off automatically if a ghost is present.

Also seeing how you have to follow trails in this game, it would be weird trotting through the whole game keeping your finger on the trigger the whole way just to find a trail.

I think we all can say that just because it works in one game doesn't mean it works in another.

So long as it is not R. Kelly's butter….I am fine with it.

As for the PKE, I care not either way. I just like to keep things as simple as possible.
