i'm using paranorman's plans to make a proton pack. i want to wire some sort of humming thing to one of the switches on the photon gun. i was thinking about using a small battery operated massager or small motor. any ideas or suggestions?

Why exactly are you doing this? For sound or for realism? You're probably going to need something bigger then what you have listed, maybe.

www.allelectronics.com sells them, you can also buy toy guns that have them, i got mine from a toy gun, the motor and the lights in the gun were ment to run off of 3v combined, i hooked up 9v just to one of the motors, it shakes and makes a nice noise. ( i purchased the toy gun for $6 at Miejers

i'm doing it for a bit of both. i want the pack to seem functional, i want the controls to actaully control something. i'm also thinking of the power-up sound from the movies
